Sami and his crew were wonderful! We had major issues in our crawlspace - structural requiring extra support. Sami 0 poured concrete with rebar, jacked up the beam that was sagging and placed a 6X6 beam to brace it. His son is a Plumber and replaced all the copper elbows that had corroded due to moisture using a pressurized gun to connect the piping instead of solder. Sami then put down a 12 mil vapor barrier, bringing it up the piers and sealed the seams. Before that thought he killed all the black mold on the beams and joists. But the best part was how proud he was of his work. He wanted us to see everything. He just really cared and I appreciated that. I had been so worried about it when we bought our home. Update: Sami and his crew just built us a beautiful Trex deck! And he did it right, digging 16” footers, 6x6” pressure treated posts mounted on a plate, 2x10” pressure treated joists spaced a foot apart and layed beautifully, trex transcend lineage decking on top, surrounded by a zero maintenance railing made with white vinyl with black aluminum rails that are easy to see through to our garden. And the best part is that he’s honest, takes pride in his work, is very knowledgeable and is as kind as can be. I highly recommend Sami and his crew. See more See less

They gave me a free estimate for vapor barrier installation. I don’t know much about the topic but could tell he was experienced and trusted his recommendations because they matched others I received. They did a great job for a very fair price. Sammi and his team came around originally to put a membrane in my crawlspace. He was a bit cheaper than other quotes I had and was recommended to me. He did a great job with no fuss. While he was there we talked about drainage in my property as my backyard was very wet. He put in a new french drain and cleaned out all the old drainage pipes and put in some new ones. again he did a great job. He came around yesterday and cleaned all of my gutters, again a great job. Vazquez Crawlspace has helped me with all my drainage and moisture issues. I had a significant mold problem in my crawlspace as well as some settling under my house all due to water flowing towards my foundation. Sami has been wonderful to work with; very responsive and takes time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. He and his crew killed the mold, fixed the settling, put in moisture barrier, and installed a French drain to keep water away from my house. They were fast, professional and very reasonably priced. I had them install seven pillars underneath my house, some parts of the house had to be jacked up, (after settling for 35 years) and then I finished with a sealed crawlspace. Great Guys to work with these guys go the extra mile real detail with everything repaired things that wasn't in the contract didn't have to pay until work was completed and I was satisfied. An amazing crawlspace transformation. Sami took NO short cuts. He wiped the floor joists to remove dust and surface dirt, removed and replaced insulation between floor joists; sealed HVAV tubes that had been previously compromised by previous workers; resolved rodent ingress/egress and insect problem; hung cable TV lines that had been installed years prior; cleared and groomed the ground before laying the 12 mil vinyl; removed every scrap of debris. I would definitely call Sami and his crew again for future projects. Sami was quick to provide me with a quote for waterproofing my crawlspace.
